You also gave me a shot in 1992, when Mike &amp; Tic were a bit tepid about me. I&#039;ll never forget that. It brought me 12 of the best years in my career.</description>

		<description>Well said, Wayne. Tic has the tremendous ability to truly serve others as he leads them--a trait surprisingly lacking in the Christian industry. He is one of the few people I still strive to emulate not only in public persona but in his personal life, as well. If I can make an iota of the impact on others that Tic has made--particularly as he has been a faithful Christ-follower, local church leader, husband, and dad, in addition to his role at YS--then I&#039;ll be a truly rich man.</description>
